Russell was a Co-Author with James Skeeles, OSU Extension Educator, on the Estate Planning Letter Study Course, 2004 Edition and 2007 and 2009 online Fact Sheet Series, and was a Co-Author of OSU Extension's other online estate planning materials. Russell has been named as an Ohio Super Lawyer by Law and Politics Magazine, through selection by other attorneys, in 2005 and 2006. He has more than 19 years experience in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, trust planning, and probate. He has worked closely with business owners on succession planning issues. He is a member of the Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law Section of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Estate and Gift Tax and Probate Court Committees of the Columbus Bar Association.
